My experience was one to forget from the get go! As soon as we checked to my room my room was left dirty long hairs everywhere toilet flush and hand wash not working then I find our bed covers and pillows with blood stains and bogey stains?? The amount of times I had to go down and call the guy to come and fix these issues is ridiculous!! He was the only person working at the hotel all on his own which is out of order on him. The only positive thing was his service and he was a very friendly person. the fact he was very responsive and tried his best to fix these problems straight away but what can one person do, is totally out of order on him. But overall after paying £200 for 2 nights of stay i have to say this was disgusting on the cleanliness of the rooms. Also they did not clean our room once whilst staying. Worst experience of a hotel!!

Simple & clean. Near lots of restaurants, a supermarket and a shopping mall. Not that near any train stations, but the taxis were easy to get hold of and cheap. View from window needs work! Room was fine - basic, but everything I needed for a few days.

Quiet hotel but could have been a bit cleaner. Could have been done with extra hand towels as we only got one in a family room. No hairdryer in the room.
