Very clean and easy check in very safe and helpful when asked a question plenty eating places around and very near shopping centre good parking which is ideal to go shopping and no need to take car bedding was very clean and had extra pillows if you needed them . Also tea and coffee in room and plenty more if needed
We've stayed in many if these hotels as a family, and always been happy woth our experience. This hotel did disappoint due to it being very tired, a little grubby and smelly. The carpets and paintwork could donwith attention, and the general cleanliness of the place needs more work on it.
Used this hotel for the second time in 9 months, last time the heat in the room was overwhelming, this time it was spot on, a problem with the control was my initial thought.
We have relatives in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Livingston so it’s very convenient.
Beefeater on site is added bonus, again great service, staff were great, food even better.
I’ll definitely use this place again.
Arrived just at shift change on the reception desk so lucky me two ladies checked me in in record time 😂 I had a two night stay and found every member of staff lovely and friendly.
Some reviews refer to the place being a bit dated etc, well most people's houses need a lick of paint so get over it. The hotel is clean .
Food nice and bed very comfortable so I'll stay here again next month when I'm next in Scotland.
