Convenient, good location , brilliant staff and value for money . Rooms were very quiet and the it’s easy to get into Edinburgh by train from the hotel

Review of Premier Inn Livingston (Bathgate) Hotel

Stayed overnight when in the area to visit a friend in hospital.
Only half of the hotel in use due to renovations being undertaken. We stayed in a Premier Plus room which was ideal for our needs. Looked immaculate. Suspect it is brand new.
Breakfast was very good with food on the hot plate nicely presented and frequently replenished.
Staff friendly and helpful.
The only issue for us was lack of any WiFi connection for which receptionist apologised. Problems with Virgin WiFi seem to be increasingly common in Premier Inns these days. Was assured about 4 months ago that they were switching to a new provider despite that I would highly recommend.

Stayed in this hotel for one night as we had a family trip to Edinburgh Zoo. Hotel was decorated well, and family room was spacious. Breakfast was lovely. It set us up for the whole day as was plentiful.

Very sexy breakfast thanks to Susan and Duncan would come again if I didn’t live 3 bloody hours away but very good comfy bed and good area also good receptionist gave me snacks and stuff so very good would come again if I was around also good clean rooms

We were attending a family wedding at a local venue which dictated the choice of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the quality of the beds, although brief it was an excellent stay.

Whilst staying at this particular hotel although clean and spacious we had a male member of staff enter the room at 08:00 in the morning while I was naked in the bedroom ! How can you be safe when this can happen? Very poor indeed - beware no knock just came into the room.
