Friendly, cosy restaurant serving a variety of fish, chips, burgers, veggie curries and fried haggis. Also a selection of cakes and gluten free foods. Delicious fish n chips - the best I've had a for a long time. Cooked beautifully, fresh and hot. Fire going whilst we were there adding to the comforting atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.

We travel through this area on a very regular occasion and always try to stop here when we have a chance. This place does the best cheesy chips I have ever had and it is worth every penny. Their cheeseburgers are amazing and I have never had a bad meal here. There is loads of different types of food on offer and I'm sure everything else tastes just as good. We are here so often that staff recognise us! The prices are maybe a wee bit more than you would expect but it is worth it and you'll struggle to find better between Balloch and Fort William. I certainly haven't. And we will definitely return again and again.

Not visited here for a wee while as we tend to pass through after it has closed in winter months. New menu made us wary that it had lost it's "great food, no frills" vibe but not a bit of it. The 'snack' size fish suppers remain amazing value and just right for a quick stop in evening. Though we didn't have any this time, cakes looked amazing and coffee was great. Recommend to anyone passing through here.

We called in during a long journey in which we had seen four seasons in one day. The place was warm and very welcoming, it was snowing when we arrived. After studying the menu and house rules, (common sense and manners for the majority), we ordered the venison burger and fish and chips. Both were delicious and generous. The bread was great too, huge chunks and very fresh. The soups looked lovely as well and don't even start me on the onion rings that I failed to see on the menu. Bird watching was an added bonus.
