Treats and Eats was a really good little establishment. Great choice of cakes, baked on the premises with local produce, lovely staff, nice coffee. We went back the following day for breakfast of pancakes bacon and maple syrup which were great.
They also sell eggs from ducks and geese on their farm which we bought and were really really tasty.
Nice selection of gifts to browse through. Worth shopping off at if you are in the area.

Regularly stay in Colvend, finally made it to Treats and Eats recently, excellent friendly service, quality food and very well priced, wish it had a longer opening season.

Next door to Colvend Shop, Colvend - a lovely wee café/restaurant serving tasty lunches with homemade soup - amazing cakes, tray bakes and meringues - all served by cheery, friendly staff. We had lovely sandwiches stuffed full of lovely ingredients!! Really good hot coffee. Outdoor tables if the weather is good.

Arrived at this cafe on a horrid wet day with three friends, and felt the immediate warm welcome. Two of our party had the soup of the day, which was served with a hot crusty roll. Another had a tuna sandwich and I had the home-made red onion quiche. All really tasty. Two of us couldn't resist the tray bakes to go with our coffee, and we all purchased something from the gift selection.
Cost for the food and drink £22.65. So all-in-all, a very good lunch stop. The only downside was that the promised Wi-Fi wasn't up and working.
