It had been several years since I had last dined at Folk's Folly as my last visit was somewhat disappointing. Nonetheless, I was happy to accept a business dinner invitation and I am very glad that I did. Everything was outstanding (as it should be at a high end steakhouse) beginning with a very fresh salad and ending with a serving of bread pudding large enough for three. In between was a very flavorful, perfectly cooked ribeye (medium rare plus), mashed potatoes swimming in butter and fabulous creamed spinach. Folk's is back on my list of favorites in Memphis.
