We were camping south of Memphis and had a desire for some good fried catfish. After checking all the on-line reviews we took a chance and drove into Memphis to Soulfish Cafe on Cooper St.
What a "great" choice. The food was abundant, hot, and tasty. We ordered the 4 piece dinner with two sides and then order additional sides. We shared all the bounty and it was delicious.
Fired pickles, collared greens, sweet potato fires, coleslaw and okra, black-eyed peas and yes, pecan pie.......
No wait, but it was busy and limited parking in their lot, but lots of off street parking. You won't be disappointed.
Shout out to Tina, was a great and attentive server.
