After arriving slightly later than expected, I received a warm welcome from the owners Spencer & Louise.
The Coach house is well furnished, and finished to a very high standard; although it was just myself and the dog on this occasion, the house would easily accommodate 4 adults - with plenty of seating options both indoor and out.
The location is ideal: plenty of local walks in the area (don't miss Dyserth Falls), about 30 minutes walk to Ffrith beach (dog friendly) and just a few minutes onto the local high street for the holiday essentials.
I have already recommended this property to both friends and family - so I'm hoping when I re-book there will be vacancies!! ;o)
Our week at the Coach house was simply magical. Our 2 kids (6yrs and 3yrs) took one look at their room with the bunk beds and declared “we are going to stay here forever!” Coach house is a lovely cosy cottage that has clearly been lovingly put together - the little personal touches are everywhere! The house is walking distance to everything - the beach, the quaint city centre and the Prestatyn-dyserth walkway (perfect for walks and bike rides). With the car, maximum 45mins from Snowdonia, Llandudno, Anglesey and as many castle visits as possible.
A lovely little cottage in beautiful condition; perfect for our stay in Prestatyn. There's a pretty garden at the back which leads onto a nice walking trail that takes you into town or up into the hills. Spencer and Louis live next door and are consummate hosts.
We enjoyed our first stay at Vale View Cottages staying in the Coach House. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and felt at home in the beautiful surroundings of the Coach House. The cottage is very well maintained and spotlessly clean and well furnished with all home comforts and the wine and flowers were a very nice gesture. Such a lovely environment and so cosy with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Lovely private garden where there was a lot of wildlife including the grey squirrel who was fascinating to watch at close quarters. Spencer and Louise were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area. Fabulous location, so much to do which is why we are going back next year to do all the things we didn’t have time to do during this holiday.

Anotherfantastic stay at this idyllic location.
Cottage was beautiful as ever & Spencer and Louise very helpful & generous hosts.
Would recommend to everyone!
Hope to be back again soon.
Just returned from our second-time stay, this time in the winter. Consistent with our last visit, the cottage was tastefully decorated and in keeping with the Christmas Season. This cottage is even cosier in the winter, with a welcoming warmth radiating from the real logfire found in the living room (also appreciated the radiator located beneath the coat rack - our coats were warm before we set out on our ventures around North Wales).
The Coaches Cottage was ideally located, right on the doorstep to the beautiful historical walks of Prestatyn and also a two minute drive into town for our shopping needs. Also Spencer and Louise are great hosts. They are kind and thoughtful, such as cleaning the cottage on the day of my niece's wedding so that my two young daughters and myself were never inconvienced. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here a third time.
