Just returned from a lovely restful week in the Coach House. Maureen made us feel very welcome and the cottage is beautiful, very comfortable and cosy, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed watching the birds on the feeder, jays, nuthatch , blue tits, woodpeckers to name a few, not forgetting the squirrel! Highly recommended, thank you Maureen !
Just coming to the end of our stay here, don't want to go home. It is wonderful. Isolated, peaceful and beautiful. The Coach House is clean, decorated well and has been thoughtfully fitted out with quality fixtures and fittings. Judge pans, a fantastic Mira shower, Panasonic TV, Bosch dishwasher, and it just goes on. No cheap tacky fittings and no cheap-skating by the owner. Which brings us to Maureen, a wonderful lady. Gave us a very warm welcome and lots of goodies and then, although available, just left us to it. We appreciate that and, well it's just fantastic. We have every intention of coming back.
We were absolutely thrilled with our Holiday home - a beautiful place in peaceful and wonderfully quiet surroundings - the view over the park-size garden was utterly soothing and watching the many birds was a great pleasure. Thank you, Maureen. We hope to come again.
I booked this for my partners 30th and it was just what we needed. it is a lovely little coach house with a wood burner and everything you would need. Maureen was there to meet us and was around if we needed anything during our stay.
The secluded location was perfect yet only 2 mile from the main road,
The property was a little smaller than the images suggest ,but we as a couple found it to be ideal. The owners gave us our privacy but were always available if needed.
If we holiday this area again we would try to secure again.
Owners are very nice people
We had a lovely Easter Break at The Coach House. Maureen on hand for anything you need and also has a beautiful black Labrador Katie! We particularly liked the wood burning stove! Would definitely recommend this place
Upon first arriving at the coach house, my partner and I were struck by just how beautiful the surroundings are, gorgeous countryside stretching for miles, a lovely big garden and the cottage itself was really quaint and cosy. Maureen was fantastic, greeting us on arrival and showing us how things worked. She made herself available whenever we needed help - the perfect host!
The coach house was equipped with everything we needed in order to have a comfortable stay and a few extras too - as it was quite sunny on arrival, Maureen even put a BBQ outside! During the night when things became a bit chilly outside, we lit the wood burning stove, and it was so relaxing, we truly unwound during our stay here. I nipped outside on one of the clear nights and got a good look at all the stars too; a rare sight coming from a light polluted city.
Location is ideal - during our stay we visited Criccieth, Porthmadog, Portmerion, Betws-y-coed, Beddgelert and areas within the Llyn Peninsula, and these were all within easy driving distance.
Overall, if you are considering booking this property for your visit to North Wales, I thoroughly recommend it. Thank you Maureen for helping to make our holiday extra special!
