Back again for 2nd year running. Great location, very well kept facilities and routes alike. Parking and restaurant reasonably priced. Would love to explore it more. Completed blue route today, took about 50 minutes, great fun.

Visited as a family with not much of an expectation but we were happily surprised. There is lots to do for both bikers and walkers. We have two children aged 10 and 3 and we managed two of the walks designed to be under an hour. One took us down to the Eden river and was great for exploring, the other took us up into the woods. There are a number of play areas that were well received by the kids and a cafe with a good menu that was suitable for the kids and a fussy other half. Prices were good also. There is a small but nice gift shop and the lady in reception was friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up paying for another hour on the car park as we spent more time that we thought we would. Well worth a visit and will be going back again.

I have recently been here with a ten year old and a twelve year old, we completed the 9km blue trail. It was one our first rides and we enjoyed every minute of it!! I will definitely be coming back here again.

Coed y Brenin is the best mountain biking location i have ever visited hands down! We rented bikes, £25 for hard tails (inducing damage waiver) for the day was pretty reasonable considering the bikes were lovely to ride and beautiful maintained!

We're a pretty capable group in our mid 20s so started off with the blues, beautiful tracks through the forest with not too intense a climb. The trail was fairly easy which allowed for some of us to get some real speed while the less confident could take it at their own pace and enjoy the tracks ups and downs and twists and turns.

Some of then moved onto the red fox track which stepped up the difficulty a fair bit! Lots of new terrain with root and rock sections which we really fun and challenging!

I then moved onto the skills track at the top of the centre near the car park which was absolutely fantastic! The blue pump track has table tops which can get you in the air and plenty of berms to tear round. The red run has a rocky section which pushed us with its drops and compression but it lead to the drop section, a rock drop with increased difficulty depending on where you hit, a perfect place for progression and a really short push back up to hit it again!

With lovely staff to top it off we'll definitely be back!

My son says he is into mountain biking and we have pottered around local forest parks and centres and he always seems less than enthusiastic, feigns injury and gets tired! (He is 11). 5 hrs later and he is crying out for more! I have never seen him put so much into his riding and we both went home proper tired. We saw fantastic waterfalls and rode many brilliant tracks, admired the scenery and ate at the cafe, what a great day out. Best of all for him was it absolutely poured with rain all day.
