We chose from the 3 course set menu, as opposed to the taster menu, and thoroughly enjoyed every course. The canapés & amuse-bouche a lovely surprise extra.

As we were guests in the hotel we ate in the restaurant a couple of times. The service is traditionally excellent, as you would expect. I confess to finding the food very nice, but rather rich and not altogether satisfying.

What a treat!!! Can't wait to have a repeat.
Dainty little sandwiches and cakes - but struggled to finish. Everything was really tasty - with some really nice little touches that lifted the experience to another level.
They allowed me to take my car down to the hotel with our Disabled Badge which was really helped, all the staff we met from security to waiters were really pleasant and helpful.
And to top it all sitting at a window seat over the estuary - looking at what I think is one of the nicest views in North Wales.

Unique place to eat and have drinks in the most beautiful outdoor setting overlooking the Welsh Coast .
The food was homemade eclectic and visually stunning .
The Welsh lamb was as you. Would expect gorgeous . The food is maybe too diverse for some if you want plain fare . You certainly won't have tasted anything like it .
I thought at least one dish of traditional British food would have been good for people more reserved in their taste . Certainly worth going though
