“So much better than just home from home...this cottage does Anglesey proud”
Reviewed July 13, 2011 for a stay in December 2010

You know when you go away, you want all the comforts of being at home, but just a little bit more - well this cottage overlooking the sea entrance to Amlwch Port has so much to offer it instantly makes your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one.

We stayed there with a small group of friends for a birthday celebration during the “snow season” last December - the large cottage looked beautiful from the outside covered in snow and upon arriving through the old traditional half and half wooden door the inside was immaculately decorated and welcoming to us all. The little touches of fresh milk in the fridge for the morning brew, champagne glasses out ready to toast the birthday celebrations, and restaurant contact numbers/cards for eating out over the weekend, it all added to an already enjoyable and unforgettable stay after the first few hours in the property.
Not that you’d want to leave the kitchen with the amazing view out to the sea (see holiday lettings pictures) but The Ship Inn that’s located in the restaurant booklet in the property, is most definitely worth a visit within close driving distant near Red Wharf Bay.

I would have no hesitation in recommending for family, friends and work colleagues what this property has to offer for future stays, it really is that brilliant.
