We had a brilliant couple of nights at the old post office, and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend you book it.

“A Little Gem.”

A friendly smile and welcome on arrival from Claire, a quick guide around the property with good ideas on where to eat with the children. Everything you might need to enjoy a stay in this beautiful part of unspoiled Anglesey.
The cottage is full of charming touches and impeccably clean . The bed linen was so fresh it smelled as if it had just come from the washing line, not starchy or artificial.
The children loved their twin bedded room, there were also books and a few toys to enjoy should they need .
We discovered that the window at the top of the stairs had the sea view, and at night we always watched the lighthouse flash across the sky...
The beach at Cemaes with its small harbour is wonderful , shallow and gentle with just the right amount of rock pools. You need to use the car to transport all the beach paraphernalia it is only a five minute journey .The car park was only a couple of pounds to stay all day !
We were truly sad to leave this lovely property and very jealous of the next people who would be taking our place....Will be booking again, as soon as we can.

The Old Post Office is a perfect base for any trip to Anglesey. It is a beautiful cottage with everything you need for a self catering break away. Beautiful touches throughout withthe furniture and little ornaments which make the cottage so pretty. Claire, the owner is so lovely and helpful and it was a joy to stay there, wish we could have stayed longer!

“A Cottage that cossets”

Utterly charming - everywhere an "Ooh" or "Aah!" Very spacious sitting/dining area well furnished with ample comfy seating; delightful large bedrooms (most comfortable double bed ever). Inviting sun trap patio and personal parking. Obviously loved and cherished by owner Claire whose sunny personality permeates every corner of this never-to-be forgotten, welcoming place. Anglesey is beautiful with a breathtaking coastline and friendly people BUT pack some patience as narrow winding roads and eccentric signposting can be aggravating and journeys long-winded.

Liked best: The very personal presentation of the property - not a typical holiday let.
Liked least: Driving round Anglesey was frustrating but I don't have a satnav.
