We made a last minute reservation to Casa Pancho Playa since all the other hotels in Sauylita and San Pancho were fully booked. We stayed a whole week in this horrible, dirty and noisy hotel. During that time my precious wedding ring got stolen from our room. We offered the staff a good reward for it, but they never "found" it. Three persons had a key to our room, that didn´t include a safetybox at all!!! The hotel promised us free nights for the incident, which, of course, we never got. Shame on you if you fool me once. Shame on me, if you fool me twice. Please don´t support a hotel that has a staff that lies and steals.

I really cannot understand where all good reviews came from... Stayed in this hotel 2 days ago for 1 night - very disapointing! The rooms on pictures look much better then they are in reality. In reality the rooms are dirty, tasteless furnished with old and ugly furniture - there are worms in the wood of the furniture, dust and dirt everywhere, even in the beds. Please look at the pictures I attached.
I booked a room with a private bathroom, but this private bathroom was not in the room - it was outside, had to pass the public pool to get there! And the restroom itself was so ugly and dirty (pictures!) Nothing worked there: no hot water in the shower, Toilet did not work, Sink has no water and was even not connected to water. I had to compain to the manager Fernando. To the dirt in the room Fernando said: "Room service will come tomorrow..." Was not relevant for us as we were going to leave next day. We got an other bathroom (still outside and no hot water there), but with working toilet. Cannot understand how manager of the hotel can offer this kind of facilities to the people... And all the reviews are definitely not independend.

Great place to stay, clean, tidy & extremely friendly & helpful. Felt like we was amongst friends !!!

Relaxed, lovely breakfast 🍳, quiet 🤫, good location, great team that runs the place!
