Highly recommend! Hotel is in the best location - right on the beach, close to all the restaurants, yet still quiet and you feel like you’re in your own paradise. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. We’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel Ysuri’s location is unbeatable. Right on the beach with a cool, laidback vibe which is perfection. The staff at the front desk as well as the bar and restaurant are all so warm they make you feel very welcome. The cleaning staff were also amazing. The bed was very comfortable but the room itself was a little sparse and could use a little TLC. There is no dresser or shelves and my shower was missing a shelf… only the hinges remain. A few hooks on the wall would be most welcome as well.
Overall my experience was very good and I think you choose Ysuri mainly for the unrivaled location. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Hotel Ysuri. The location was superb, boasting beautifully manicured grounds and a sparkling clean swimming pool surrounded by ample lounge chairs and umbrellas. Each morning, we relished strolls along the fantastic beach. We took advantage, each afternoon, of convenient lounge chairs with umbrellas on the beach which are provided by the resort.
While we didn't dine at the on-site beachfront casual restaurant, preferring to explore nearby culinary delights, I did indulge in a delightful mango margarita from the beach bar, complete with tajin around the rim, which I savored on our spacious, shaded balcony overlooking the main street—a prime spot for people-watching.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, readily addressing any queries we had. Our room was impeccably clean, featuring a wonderfully plush comforter, a refrigerator, and a mini-split air conditioner.
Our only suggestion would be to consider offering coffee either in the reception area or providing coffee makers in the rooms, as it would enhance the morning experience without the need to leave the comfort of our balcony.
WIFI DISASTER for REMOTE WORK.
WIFI is unreliable (0-15 Mbps) even though the reservation desk promised 40-50 Mbps when I double checked for video work! Had to quickly move to their Sayulita hotel. Worked in their garden there which also dropped out while waiting for my suite.
IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT
CUSTOMER SERVICE DISRESPECTABLE
The same suite I was listed in Booking.com for $350 they overcharged me $525 even though I moved hotels due to their mistake!
Management seemed smug disinterested in remedying any misinformation or overcharge.
I told management but they insisted they did nothing wrong and I had to pay 3 nights with this upcharge.
