Cool eco-driven hotel in up-and-coming San Pancho, but there are literally no walls, so be prepared to hear everything and everyone all night long. People talking on the street sound like they are in your room. The roosters starting up at 530am and barking dogs might as well be in your bed, the sound is right there. They provide ear plugs so that helps, but walls are nice too for sound. Comfortable bed and kind of a fun experience, but just know what you are getting into. Also the room is very, very small.

We had a great stay. Staff were amazing and really friendly. Love the hotel concept - an eco hotel. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and tidy. One of the staff even took us by the hotel buggy into town when we couldn’t get hold of a taxi. A great experience

Great new concept. Very friendly staff. Nice location. Fast WiFi. Comfortable beds. Great bathroom / shower products. Looking forward to a return visit soon. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Pancho. Thank you for your hospitality.
