The people are Swedish. The decor is Swedish and the food is the best of Swedish. Mainly open sandwiches like the Toast Skagen which is a pile of prawns in dill mayonnaise on top of sourdough toast and smashed avocado. They also do the very best bacon and egg rolls with crispy bacon, free range eggs and a fantastic beetroot relish. They are fully licensed and have three great Swedish inspired gin based cocktails along with wines and beer...and don't forget the Kanelbullar (cinnamon rolls) that are delicious with a coffee
