I don't know what unit they took the pictures in, but it wasn't ours (unit 4). Our unit was terrible....a couch that sank, with no armrests. No comfortable chair anywhere. A small TV. The bed was horrendous....very uncomfortable. There were ants crawly around when we arrived. The internet ($20 per week) was a joke....only managed to get on a few times, and it was so slow you couldn't do anything. The birds in the morning are SO noisy! The bathroom had a mini jacuzzi.....and no counter space at all. I had to put all our toiletries in the jacuzzi. The pool towels cost you $2 to rent them for the week....and a $20 deposit. No amenities to speak of. The grounds are not well kept....dead leaves and pine needles everywhere. Lots of kids in the pools, so beware. The literature says "we are not Wyndham".....at least they got one thing right!!!

Room Tip: good luck! I doubt there are any....

Had a great week staying here. Although it’s in the middle of nowhere it’s close to Rye and Rosebud. There is plenty to do at this resort. Some of the activities are squash, table tennis , canoeing, tennis, plenty of board games and much more. Our unit had a fully self contained kitchen , which we utilised and that made for a very affordable week away.

Nepean Country Club is a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was HUGE! It was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed including washing machine and dryer. The queen size beds were comfortable and we slept well. This is a quiet resort for family's or you could have a wonderful stay here for couples or sole travelers too. There is an indoor pool, spa and out door pool, cafe, gym, mini golf, tennis courts, canoes which were fun to paddle around the small lake. You will need to have some sort of transport as its not close to the beaches, but 5-10 minute car ride. There is a chinese restaurant which was nice to go to one of the nights we were there. The first 30 minutes of WIFI are free then after you need to pay $20 for 7 days which isnt too bad. My teenage son had the down stairs studio room which was perfect for him. BBQ facilities were all over the resort which was handy. There is a great day spa where l had the most devine massage and facial package. l would stay here again and l definitely recommend this place!

This a great family resort, it has as many things to keep the kids happy. Rooms have basics for an enjoyable stay, its an older resort but they do try to keep things modern, it is a timeshare resort. Has a Chinese restaurant on site. Lots if tourists activities within 30 minutes drive.

Other than the 80's look and feel of the rooms themselves (which look like they need a knockdown and rebuild) this place is not too bad for a family of four but a bit pokey for a family of six. There is enough activities such as the mini golf course, tennis courts and pool to keep the kids occupied but if you want to be close to the beach then this place is not for you as you need a car to get to the beach (good luck finding parking in peak season). The rooms were clean and everything seemed to work ok. Not enough room on the couches for six people - but that seems to be the way with most places with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for the kids. Don't market these places as suitable for six guests if they don't have enough basic furniture to make your guests comfortable! The one thing that really irked though was management's explanation for the $2 per towel fee for pool towel cleaning. It's the first time that I have been hit up for this type of thing. Allegedly it's one of their ways of keeping owner levies down (yeah right).
