Joined my husband on his recent business trip to Nashville and we stayed at the Nashville Airport hotel. This recently renovated hotel had us a little nervous before arrival as we read some of the reviews during the renovation but our fears were quickly gone upon entering the fresh, new lobby.

Our room was clean and newly renovated with a walk-in shower and comfy Hilton bed/pillows. We had Executive Lounge access as my husband is a Diamond member. Breakfast in the lounge was okay (had better) but Milton, the Breakfast Lounge employee was wonderful. We finally figured out that we could have breakfast in the cafe each morning as part of Diamond benefits so we moved down to the cafe for breakfast (mostly because those cheese hash browns were THE BEST EVER). The evening lounge staff (forget her name... so sorry) was lovely and helpful as well. Always snacks, water and soda available except on weekends when the lounge is closed. This was odd to us as we've never experienced that before. Our suggestion would be to have access open if even just for waters and sodas and snacks.

The location is great to get around the city - close to highways into downtown Nashville and to head towards Franklin and also a short drive/cab/Uber to Opry Mills/Opryland area and minutes to the airport.

Definitely will stay here again when hubby has business in the area. Everyone was friendly and food was great.

One suggestion we would have though is the availability for live music in the lobby. Being in Music City it would be great for business visitors to have the opportunity to enjoy some music in the lobby when they aren't able to get out during the week. There are SO MANY young up and coming artists that I'm sure would love the opportunity for exposure.

This hotel didn’t live up to the Hilton reputation. It’s a decent enough stay, but is closer to a Holiday Inn. If you get a decent price, it’s a decent stay. I had a few disappointments during my stay, but my main one was the ancient ironing board. This airport is located near the airport and must be frequented by business travelers. The pad and cover were not on properly and the elastic was so worn it wouldn’t stay on. I was unable to iron my work clothes. I left out for housekeeping to notice and exchange but this was ignored. The tissues in the bathroom were empty and not replaced for 2 days. Breakfast buffet is decent but very expensive.

This is a very nice hotel. They did a great remodel. I love the bar. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was spacious, clean and updated. New carpet and paint, the place smells new when you walk down the hallway.

I was there for three nights and everything was good. Service was fantastic from the concierge to the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff and even the shuttle drivers. The fitness center was a pleasant surprise with updated equipment and even dumbbells. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The food was great as well. The location is close to the airport and about the same distance to downtown as it is to Opry Mills Mall / Opryland Resort Conference Center.

Room tip: Ask for non smoking with two queen beds

Front end staff were friendly as well as the bar staff. They however, set us up in the wrong type of room even confirming at the desk. We asked about getting a bottle opener which after some confusion was told we would get one sent up (asked for it 3 times).... it never came. The room itself was ok- some peeling on the ceiling and an odd water drip noise was heard as well had an off smell to it (second room was remarkably better) Bed was comfy though. Cleaning staff then entered our room fairly early without announcing who they were (possible I couldn’t hear it and they couldn’t hear me) but apologized for coming in. Hotel is conveniently located near the airport and does offer shuttle service. Overall, the price and the stay was ok... wouldn’t be my top choice for going back
