AC unit extremely noisy, could not sleep, the shower was lukewarm at best. The room itself was quite nice, and the bed was comfortable. Too bad we could not sleep through the noise of the AC/Heating unit as it cycled on and off.

My stayed at the Extended Stay was a great experience. Affordable price and excellent staff. I would highly recommend this hotel and the next time I'm visiting Nashville this will be my first stop. Thank you for making my stay great.

By reading the reviews I had a second thoughts but considering the location was near where I needed to be I took a chance anyway. The hotel was clean and amazing customer service, the rooms have been newly renovated and it was quiet. You cant always go by what you read. I will definitely be staying at this location again

I've stayed in many Nashville hotels, and due to availability and price, four of us booked Extended stay, thinking that 3 stars would not have any frills, but would be comfortable enough. We booked for 6 nights, but moved out after the first night. An aging property, and without a comfortability that we could tolerate. Only superficially clean, but stark and uninviting. I will say that the office staff were very courteous. We moved tomthe Hutton - in fairness a huge step up in star rating, but not even double what we were paying at Extended Stay.

DO NOT stay at this hotel! We were guests there during a home renovation and found that our room was infested with BEDBUGS not long into our stay. We told the front desk staff, who seemed frighteningly unsurprised about it, and have been trying desperately to get our money back from this hotel for many weeks now. They refuse to give us any valuable information about who to contact, and everyone I have spoken to has told me they are “not authorized” to issue me a refund (but who can??!!!) Even without the bedbugs, our stay was unpleasant - they refused to clean our room with our cats present, which was very problematic since we work during weekdays and they wouldn’t clean our room on weekends (even though cleaning staff was still there). The kitchen was poorly equipped (we didn’t get all of the kitchen supplies they advertise) and morning breakfast was basically bad coffee and granola bars. If you would prefer not to deal with a bedbug infestation, despicable customer service and poor hospitality, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
