Nashville Visit

I’m going to start by saying extremely comfortable bed in room 100. Clean space and the friendliest employees.

But that’s where it stops! We did not feel safe. Back of motel backs up to mountain. They have taken precautions by putting out a lot of security lights. We had to call front office every single night. I car sat out by our room for 1 1/2 hours running the engine with lights on. Then a group of about 15-20 people standing under the porch talking forever. Now this was bedtime!!!!
Then the next night 2 young women in a car with rap music blasting for over an hour high as a kite. Employee came out and asked them to leave and had to ask twice! Someone from Waffle House parking lot walked over and made deals with cars pulling up behind motel. And even while checking in, police came to front desk and told staff if they have any other problems with the guests, call 911 again. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN!!!!!

I am loyal to Wyndham l, but Corporate needs to know this stuff. I just know that the four people who were with me will never go back here-it just isn’t safe!

Room was clean. Good location and the lady Lolethia at the front desk was sweet and nice. The room price was cheap and the room was clean and the lady at the front desk was very sweet I will be back and I also recommended going to her she is sweet and very respectful!

Hotel appearance was good, front desk staff is hit or miss depending on who is there. Check in was long, only one person but I was patient. She didn’t tell me they have amenities or breakfast. The hotel room seemed ok until I checked around. Bathroom was gross, bugs dead and some alive. Food from previous guest still in the refrigerator so we didn’t use it and some trash in the drawers. I told house keeping and the front desk and no one came to clean it at all. The hotel is in great location but needs to pay more attention to cleaning

I was very disappointed with my stay. To start, I picked this hotel because a free breakfast was advertised. There was no free breakfast. The two beds in the room were very different, one of them being very uncomfortable. There was quite the gap under the door where a large amount of lighting (and draft) was coming through. The toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall, and the vent in the bathroom was dirty and disgusting. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper in the room and on the second day of our stay the room key stopped working and I had to go to the office to have it reset. I would never stay here again nor recommend this hotel.

Just moved to TN, had a horrible experience with the moving company Magnificent Movers when they walked off of our job, so needed a hotel to stay at. Upon arrival, met Justin at the front desk. He was so sweet, kind, sympathetic to our situation, and made us forget everything we had just experienced. Room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff upon check out was nice too!
