The beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in, the parking was free, and the rooms were stylish and clean. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located near a bus stop that will take you straight downtown. The most remarkable part of the experience was the amazing welcome from John, who works the front desk. After learning that we were first timers he found out our plans and let us know about a bus route and went as far as to print of the schedule, circle the route and then label a map of downtown of tourist places, the venue we were heading to, and where the bus would drop us off, and he then walked us out to show us where the bus would pick us up, etc.

He did a great job of going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us the information we needed to make the most of our time in Nashville.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. Service was excellent, all staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle was a life-saver! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Free breakfast was very good.

We had a comfortable stay with a few glitches. Easy to get to with good parking and lots of good restaurants around. It is about a 30 minute walk to downtown. There is a shuttle that is in the lot about every 20 minutes and takes you to anywhere in a 2 mile zone. Like every hotel there are better and worse rooms. I don't know how you guarantee a better one. In our first room the A/C went into heat mode in the middle of the night and the window shade let in a bit of light at night. We were re-assigned to a new room with a working A/C and a better shade. Both issues were handled well.

HOtels in Nashville seem to be getting more and more expensive. At least this one had an Extremely Pleasant and helpful hotel staff. There is a very nice and cozy area to relax in adjacent to the lobby entrance, with a small atrium and a nicely equipped business center. There also is a nice outdoor pool. Although there is NO in-house restaurant, all you need is within walking distance. The room was equipped nicely, really liked the built in wall desk area, but no safe. Shuttle service is a HUGE plus as it will take you anywhere you want to go within a 2 mile radius and runs til 11 pm. Uber I is also easy to catch right at the door.

As always, anywhere close to downtown Nashville is crazy expensive, but, the Hampton Inn was much more reasonable. It's a very clean, nice hotel. We went for a girls' weekend and shared a double room with 4 girls. We never really felt cramped although I wouldn't say it was a very large room. It's very modern and the housekeeping staff was very good to us.

They also have a nice breakfast area on the ground floor. A great selection of breakfast items with a nice eating room for enjoying breakfast.

The staff was very friendly as well. Oh, and the beds were actually quite comfortable.

I think the best part of the hotel was the location. We were blocks from many restaurants and bars in midtown. We could walk to many things. And it if we wanted to go downtown, it was a $5-6 Uber ride.
