Enjoyed our stay here with a few minor glitches. First off it is hard to get to if you aren't familiar with highway access road entry only; thought we could access from other roads but it is located in a closed lot; not very convenient to have to drive hwy, exit, get back on hwy to reach. Parking lot was not huge but very adequate, no parking problems at all.

The facility itself is super clean, well maintained with flowering shrubs which always adds to a nice decor. Our check in lady was friendly and very nice, not detaining us at all since we had checked in online. Room was large, bed comfy, pull out also comfy. Wish air conditioner vents had been adjustable as our 9 year old was very cold on the pullout located in front of the a/c. However, the desk provided all the covers we requested to keep her warm.

I had a pair of prescription glasses on the back of the toilet and apparently they were knocked into the trash bin and thrown away; that was disheartening for sure.

The pool room was a nice, clean area; however, the sauna type heat prevented me from enjoying any time there. There was a window that could be opened and the door was usually propped open by swimmers since it was unbearably hot in there.

There was also a large party there who took over the entire lounge/breakfast area, were loud and not very polite, i.e., standing in front of coffee service and not moving. It was so crowded one morning I took what I could grab and went across to sit on the grass instead of dealing with the loudness and crowd. They were even all over the lobby/lounge area drinking in the evening. And don't even think about enjoying the free cookies as they were taken by handfuls when put out and not replenished. Perhaps there should be a meeting room for large groups so they don't over spill into general areas?

Breakfast was varied, hot and plentiful. The breakfast ladies were super friendly and nice, they were a huge plus.

Overall, very clean and a comfortable room stay. Public areas and pool, not so much. And ask for a 4th floor room...after an hour and half of kids (?) jumping on and off beds, running and jumping above us the desk got them to quiet down some. Get on the 4th floor if overhead noise is an issue. Ask for extra towels...king suite, 3 people, 3 towels. I probably won't stay here again.

Room Tip: Run if there are big groups booked, book upper floor to avoid noise, take a fan to the pool

Room was clean. The bed was very very comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. I know the hotel was very full the night we stayed, but it still seemed to be very quiet in our room. The only "bad" thing was a fairly large place on the wall that was all scratched up and needed to be painted (an easy fix). Breakfast area was large with comfortable seating. It also seemed to accommodate a lot of people for eating. Breakfast setup seemed to be very spacious, clean, and easy to get around. You could tell the employees took pride in their work and their hotel. They were all very helpful and polite, as well. We would definitely stay here again. We were very comfortable here.

Just suffice it to say that all aspects get 10s--maybe a 9 or two, but that's quibbling. It's a clean establishment with a caring, conscientious staff. Access to the hotel is a little tricky, unless you're coming in from the north on Hwy 287, but from the south, a U-turn at 380 Loop a little beyond the hotel, will get you going in the right direction to turn right in.

This hotel is nice, rooms very big and food is very good for free breakfast. That being said I wouldn't say the staff is the most friendly but they are pleasant. The location is right off the highway but is the noise is not too loud. The side view from the hotel looks out onto some plains with a old oil pumpjack closeby, classic western theme and a nice photo op.

Had a great nights rest. We have very few complaints. The internet could be faster, and the covers could be lighter, and the towels dryer, but everything squeaky clean and quiet.

Ohmagosh - we had a wonderful stay for a wedding. The staff was fantastic to help us get in, comfy and made sure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The ac had a minor drip but its June in Texas - theres humidity out the wazoo - nothing we couldn't work around and Melissa at the front desk made sure we were happy with our rooms and gave us a couple of options to pick from. John also was key in helping us to set up for a spa party for the girls in the wedding - we will definately stay here again and again when we are in the area! Thanks for making us feel right at home! It was clean, comfy, safe and convenient - only thing - it right by the exit... I kept missing it and driving past the entrance. Ooops! Turn around. My bad ~ Other than that - it was wonderful

Good hotel, we stay here every year for a track meet in Springtown. Great service, very friendly staff.
Only drawback this year was halls were hot. The Rooms were cool & the breakfast was good.
We will stay again.
