Our recent trip had us visiting several areas within the communities of Dallas, Arlington, Waco, Fort Worth and we chose Burleson as a somewhat central area to stay. There are many hotels to choose from and with being there for several nights, we were hoping to find one very clean, offering breakfast, very comfortable AND affordable. We chose this hotel and were pleasantly surprised and happy with our specific experience. Check in was very friendly, our double room came with a small fridge/freezer and small microwave (which both needed to be cleaned...btw), a couch, clean bathroom with sink, mirrors outside of the bathroom. Chair and desk as well, comfortable beds and air cooling/heating system working very well while we were there. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room was stuffy when we arrived but overall we were comfortable and pleased with the service and room. The breakfast left a bit to be desired. Limited options overall but we made it work. We would stay here again and would try to be sure to get the best rate. I think as a walk-in the pricing might be higher than it is worth. BUT it does have an indoor, heated pool which seemed very clean, although we did not use it, so that has some value if it is something you are looking for. Outdoor landscaping could be improved and tended to but it didn't impact our stay whatsoever. We felt very safe during our stay.

Room Tip: View room before taking all your luggage to it. We were on the back side and it was quiet.

Abysmal parking situation, filthy elevator carpets, no coffee in room, 6:30 breakfast on weekdays? Rooms have paper thin walls, and poor water pressure. Very disappointed, and will not be going back! I'm also disappointed with trip advisor, for forcing someone to use 20607 characters!

Stayed with a small student group. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was typical free breakfast fare - Texas Belgian waffles were tasty and kids enjoyed them. Restaurants nearby. Great stay and would stay again.

This hotel was booked for me regards to a business trip. Perfect location for me. Friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in shower. Good free breakfast, had the essentials, cereals, hot foods, baked goods. Would recommend this hotel.
This hotel sort of shares a parking lot with a Motel 6 but that did not interfere with parking.

Room Tip: Book a top floor rear of the hotel room. Front of hotel faces highway.

This hotel was located in a decent area. A fair amount of close restaurants and a liquor store not too far away with a great selection!
The pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing. Was a 10 dollar Uber to the Stockyards for a fun night of honky tonkin'.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable spaces. Clean indoor pool and hot tub, open until midnight, really like that aspect. Breakfast was prepared pretty well and kept stocked, with biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon, cereal, pastries, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Restaurants/fast food within walking distance. Out gps routed us incorrectly , with the construction on 35, but made it pretty quickly without too much hassle.

I stayed at this hotel for a mini vacation to Ft. Worth. The staff and accommodations were great. The room I stayed in was clean and well maintained. The complementary breakfast was very good and the pool was very nice too.
