The friendly, talented owners of this place have it figured out! They provide outstanding food in an intriguing location and the crowds will come. The owner, Christie, is well known for her burgers and she lives up to her reputation. During the week there is a good breakfast and lunch business. The place is located just off the runway at a small airport so several patrons actually fly in to eat here. One day we watched a FW Police helicopter land here. Another day we watched a gyrocopter take off. Cool entertainment!
But the weekend breakfast buffet is fantastic, especially for the price. Christie's husband, Gene, makes outstanding pancakes (including pineapple upside down version) while his staff cooks made-to-order omelets. Yummy cinammon rolls on on the buffet, too. Be prepared to join the big crowds on weekends.

My husband and I went for breakfast and I had forgotten it was a buffet which I typically don’t like but the food was excellent! They had made to order omelettes, pancakes and the French Toast was AMAZING!! There was fresh fruit, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cheesy hash browns and so much more! It was pricy especially once you add in drinks but you are so full when you leave that you don’t have to eat again until dinner. The service was very good. It is on an airstrip and normally you can see planes taking off and landing but it was rainy so no show during our visit. Parking is limited but they do have people directing you to where you can find additional parking.

The breakfast buffet always makes us feel like we're on vacation at one of the all inclusive resorts. There is a little bit of everything available.

We were looking for a breakfast place on 4th of July and they were open with a buffet or we could have purchased from the menu. The omelettes and pancakes were cooked to order and that was the best french toast ever!! Little more expensive than a typical buffet, but so worth it. They also had bi-plane parking and could watch the planes land and take off during breakfast.
