First off, this is an absolutely beautiful restaurant. I love the feel of the place. Open, spacious, very Mediterranean feeling.

We went at lunch with some good friends. Our server Robert knew the menu inside and out, and gave some great recommendations.

The menu is mainly a greek-style tapas menu. These dishes are meant to be shared by a group.

Here's what we loved. The tastiest thing we ordered was the octopus. I'm not usually an octopus eater, because around here, mostly it's pretty chewy. But this octopus was thinly cut very tender and had a beautiful, bright abd tangy sauce that went with it.

We also really enjoyed the brussel sprouts. They were toasty and brown on the outside, and came with a beautiful creamy sauce on top. Ample serving size for four people.

We got we got a tartare appetizer which was very good. Nice flavors mixed in. Just the right temperature.

A favorite with the ladies at our table where the warm mushrooms. Personally I didn't get enough flavor in that dish, but they really loved it.

They offer an expensive wine menu, and drink menu, and even some beers from the Middle East.

Here's what I think could have been better. First off parking is a little tricky here, we had to park in the parking structure about a five-minute walk away. Someone told me that there was free valet, but it was not readily visible. Not sure if there is valet parking or not.

Pita bread was just average. Could have been a little toasty here, and had some herbs on it to make it better.

A Plus or a minus depending on what you're wanting, is that this is more of a fine dining type of restaurant. So, if you're looking for traditional Greek fare, or traditional Mediterranean fare, this may not be the place. The Mediterranean food is more of the palate and the chef uses innovative tastes to go with it.

It's kind of interesting that there's a Zizikis right across the street from this place. This restaurant has more Elevated Cuisine than Zizikis, but the price point will be quite a bit higher.

All in all we really liked it. It's a nice special occasion restaurant.

There's very little familiar on the menu, and that's a good thing. Everything we had was interesting and tasty. The service was impeccable. Even though a little pricey, it was a refreshing change from the ordinary.

And don't be put off by the apparent lack of parking. There's a parking structure 50 yards away in the next block.

Went for Sunday Lunch, and for a restaurant only being open a few weeks, this place was on point. The service was great, the food interesting and tasty and the room was fabulous. Granted we attended on a early lunch time and on a Sunday, so the service that one might encounter on an evening or weekend evening would probably be different, and because of all the hard surfaces in such a large room, it might be noisy, I would still go. The food is that good! Being a big fan of Jose Andres, I was anxious to see what his idea of an Eastern Medi cuisine would taste like and was not disappointed. If you know his style and outlook, you know that he experiences with food and presentation - this restaurant is no exception. Loved my entire experience.

Try the hummus with lamb and brussels! Our waiter John was great and very professional, he helped us work our way through all of the beautiful small dishes. Wish we lived here so we could become regulars.

Finally a Michelin Star quality restaurant in Frisco!

Authentic and flavorful Turkish, Greek and Lebanese style Mediterranean food with excellent professional service.

This is refined Mediterranean dining at its best and in a class all by itself!

You can tell a lot of thought has gone into developing the intricate flavors and designing the plating of every dish.

From the H’tipiti to the Spanakopita to the Octopus Santorini and to the Turkish Delight walnut ice cream with honey gelee dessert every dish we had was bursting with flavor.

The professional and knowledgeable staff are very attentive without being overbearing. Andrew our waiter for lunch today was simply excellent and professional!

The family style food plates are very refined, extremely flavorful, simple and light. This is a gastronomic experience of flavors and quality of food.

We’ve traveled the world and have lunched at street carts to dined in some of the highest rated Michelin Star restaurants and this is just one of those rare and unique food gems that your taste buds will always remember.
