Nice boutique hotel with modern decor. Quite new. Wonderful continental breakfast buffett with lots of fresh fruit, quality pastries, cereals, yogurt (even Greek yogurt). Staff will even make capuccino, latte for you (gratis). Next to a small-medium meeting area.

Location is great - City Centre is a new mixed used area with restaurants, shops, etc. On the Friday evening that I was there, there was a live band with many families, couples, etc.

Room Tip: Room facing the pool or courtyard area is great in terms of view, but can be noisy in the evenings.

Rooms are nice and relaxing, staff very helpful, breakfast really good (mostly fresh fruit). The bars and restaurants surrounding the Sorella make planning your evening very easy.

We had a perfect night in this great hotel. It's surrounded by a lot of good restaurants and shopping. The rooms our very well done and the bathrooms are big with a great shower.
From our room we can see the whole city skyline so it's got great views from the upper floors.

This Hotel is hard to find but once you find it you will be pleased. Free parking right next door. Once you arrive you don't have to go anywhere....conference rooms and restaurants are within the complex.
Overall service was excellent and rooms were high quality and clean.
just a few flaws that need to be mentioned.....no morning paper at your door. Fitness Center is not well designed. Both treadmills were extremely noisy because the TV was attached poorly to the top of them. All equipment have TV's but it is difficult to get them to operate properly. As I was having problems getting my TV to work the man next to me said he spends many nights at this facility and the TV's are always giving Fitness Center users problems.

There are good hotels, there are nice hotels , there are average hotels and there are classy hotels. The thing that separates them are the attention that is paid to the details. The Hotel Sorella just has that ambiance of class. From the time you enter the main entrance which is a wood staircase to the time you check in, to the time you walk down the hallway, to the time you go to your room, the atmosphere is one of class. There is so much detail in the decor. It really is a beautiful hotel. The check in was quick but the the receptionist was very friendly and helpful as she explained the amenities. We had a corner room which had a great view of the courtyard, swimming pool, and a lot more of the City Centre. The room was very big with a king size bed, a 42" TV, a couch, a lounge chair, a round table and 4 chairs. The bathroom had a walk in shower and top of the line hair care items. Again, the room and bathroom had so many fine details that just separates it from the normal hotel. The hotel also has an outstanding restaurant, Bistro Alex . The food and attention from the wait staff was above and beyond. There is a club/bar known as the Mona Lisa which along with everything else in the hotel just exudes class. A continental breakfast was served in the morning starting at 6:30 which was unusual for a Sunday morning. It consisted of a variety of fruits, dry cereals, pastries, and breakfast drinks including made to order specialty coffees. You had the option of eating in a very open lounge area or outside on the balcony.
The area around the hotel is known as the City Centre with multiple places to eat from fast food type places to really nice restaurants. There are places to shop, a movie theater, and a family friendly commons area where live music was being played and kids were playing on a turfed area as people sat around the perimeter and ate, drank or just watched.
There are nice hotels, good hotels and then there is the Hotel Sorella--a classy hotel.
