You can tell how good a sushi buffet place is by just how busy it gets. Kirin does an excellent business. The Sushi is very fresh because they move a lot of it. The sushi chef has been there for a number of years. At Dinner you get several types of sashimi too... plus hand rolls, including Spider rolls.
The non-sushi eaters are welcomed as well. Another large section is devoted to Chinese cooking, all nicely done. On this "side" of the buffet, at dinnertime you also get raw oysters, boiled hardshell crabs, and of course Snow Crab.
The service is quite good too. Prices are reasonable.
Of yes - while they do not take reservations, they do have a separate room that can be reserved for large parties. We used this for our pre-wedding dinner for the out-of-towners (54 of them)... excellent time was had by all.
