We stopped there for a burger and it was overpriced. We sat outside which wasn't really ready for patrons but it was ok. the service however was outstanding.

We went there today for lunch thinking it was Chi-Cho's, but alas they are out of business. It's now called The Stonehenge Cafe. The location is amazing--right on the river front--however the food was average at best. We will not go there again.
Wow, what a gem! So happy I decided to come to Chichos Cafe. I’m just passing through, and love to find great local/small town restaurants. Had the ribeye (mashed potatoes and beautifully fresh and bright green beans!) and it was perfectly done. Was super surprised...by the salad/soup bar....probably the best grape tomatoes I’ve ever had, tasted like they came from someone’s backyard. AND - its BYOB with only a $5 corkage fee. Wish I was in town for longer, I would love to come back! Everyone here - including the other patrons (who seemed to know each other, so would assume are locals) were super friendly and made me feel at home...even if I was dining alone!More
Good food, good presentation, very friendly service and awesome views of the river. Laid back relaxed atmosphere.
We enjoyed our lunch at this quaint cafe. The menu is very small with not a lot of choices but everything we ordered was good! They have a little salad bar, and their burger is good per my husband. I enjoyed the turkey apple club...and the kids loved their chicken strips. It’s a little pricey for the limited menu but we will had fun.More
Right on the Guadelupe River, Chi-cho's is a delight for lunch or dinner. Pleasant atmosphere, wonderful food, and great service. These people know their stuff. Don't miss out on this cool place.
The Tacos are the best thing to get on the menu. Plate comes with two soft tacos with your choice of fillings, chips and salsa. Included is a trip to the salad bar for a choice of soup or salad. All in all a very...satisfying meal served overlooking the Guadalupe river. Make sure to walk across the parking lot an visit the Duncan-McAshan gallery and finish up by seeing Stonehenge.More
Lovely location! Make sure to sit on the porch and watch the river go meandering by. Very friendly and attentive staff! We had the tres amigos appetizer with generous servings of salsa, white queso, and delicious guacamole with think crispy chips. All were very good....My husband had pulled pork tacos which he really enjoyed and I had a classic cheeseburger with a grilled and buttered bun! We will definitely come here again if our travels find us out this way.More
Chi Cho's has moved and there is no notice of their move on their old location. They are now located next to the theaters behind Stonehedge. There is also no sign out on the highway so they are difficult to find. The food is still...as good as always. The new location overlooks the river and has outdoor seating on a patio.More
We stopped in for lunch and had the Tacos with salad bar as well as a special which was grilled BBQ sandwich. The options on the salad bar was plentiful and excellent quality. The grilled sandwich was delicious too. While the staff was shorthanded that...day, everything was fine. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view. Definitely a place to visit.More
The Best Hamburger! In fact, everything on the menu is outstanding! Freshest salads, delicious sandwiches and salad dressings are all good!
Excellent limited menu and a bit pricey But all in all a good place to try. The wait staff were friendly
Their food and service is outstanding. Eclectic menu that is fantastic! They are moving soon to another location and I hope they stay in Ingram.
We stopped in the day before they closed up the restaurant. I understand they are looking for a new location. I hope so as both the food and service we're very good.
We stopped at Chi-cho's almost by accident, an interesting interior, nice table side service, and ok food ruined by the waitress explaining we could either pay cash or pay a fee for using a card, something not explained ahead of time. Courtesy dictates being upfront...with customers prior to their meal.More
