Good hotel for the price point. Well located in Vouliagmeni and close to the beach and lake. An amazing breakfast buffet...like really amazing!

Awesome service, very kind and helpful staff. The pool was good to hang out and have a beer in the late afternoon after spending the day at the beach. Lots of great restaurants around.

The only down side was the hotel would need some renovations. A fresh coat of paint, some new decor and some decent gym equipment would definitely help.

That being said, I did enjoy staying there and would stay there again.

People are valuable asset of any business and this is the fact at this hotel. Maria at the front desk was so kind and sweet, as well as patient in answering questions. I was upgraded to a higher floor room with a stunning view, but had to change the room as the A/C was not working well. My upgraded junior suit was great with limited sea view, but a nice terrace overlooking beautiful flowers. Breakfast was so far the best I have had in Greece. This hotel is located in a residential area, so, very quite, while there are many restaurants within 5 minute walk. City center is about 15 minutes by cab and will cost around 7 Euros. WiFI is not working in pool area, which is a good thing to relax and enjoy the pool which can become crowded easily. All in all, it's a great place to be for a short break from Athen' hustle and bustle.

Room Tip: Choose a higher floor room with sea view balcony

Not the first hotel I chose in Vouliagmeni, but all the others were full. However, this was a very good choice, being in a pleasant central area with a park nearby and various cafes. You had to cross quite a busy road to get down to the sea, where the water was a bit murky, but I joined a number of local people bobbing about in the water and exchanging the local news of the day, a really homely experience. The hotel is vast and echoing, and the noise from the staircase and the corridors can be a bit too much at times. The breakfast has got to be the best in Greece - really superb! I didn't like the big stray dog that hung around the entrance and seemed about to attack me every time I tried to go in.

To be fair I'm doing this as pros and cons on the hotel.
Pros
Good location for trip to Athens as 30 mins from airport and 30 from acropolis
Rooms are a good size so you get space and a balcony ours was 32 Sq. M
The staff are really good. Very helpful and will go the extra mile. They make the hotel. Special thanks to Eva at the pool/ pool bar for looking after us
The beds by the pool are very comfortable and pool area is small but good.
Breakfast is included continental is good.
Lots of good restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk .

Cons
Very hard beds! Not just from but hard so ask for a mattress topper. It helps but the hotel should look at this
The shower in the bathroom is not very good.
Cooked breakfast was cold most mornings on the first day it was hot and very nice though. They could invest in some better warming dishes .

Overall a good base for a 5 day break in a wonderful city. The staff make the hotel
I hope the owners are aware of this as they should invest some money in updating some of the rooms.
