This was our second visit to the Buenos Aries (and about our millionth to Playa del Ingles!). We were here earlier in the year as part of a package deal and were so impressed that we decided to come back, but booked the hotel direct, booked a flight only deal and took advantage of the bus service to and from the airport (only €3.20 each!)

In my opinion there is virtually nothing to fault with this hotel, the staff are extremely efficient and friendly, the rooms themselves are clean and well maintained (and also have the only decent showers I've ever found in Playa del Ingles!) and the hotel is ideally located for just about everything. People have said before that there can be a problem with noise, but apart from one morning when we were woken up by the binmen at about 6am we didn't hear anything!

If anyone is considering staying here, I would say, stop thinking about it, and just book it!

stayed here 16th to the 30th sept and the first thing i can say i noticed was the friendly staff from reception to the bar and the maids were all so friendly not like the neptuno next door which is owned by the same company and the staff there are not as nice the rooms were basic but had everything you need the pool was cleaned everynight and there was plenty of room for sunbeds etc mostly german guests and a few brits and few irish the location really is the draw here very central only 30 euro s to airport beach ten mins away be careful were you eat in jumbo martel house is disgusting and very rude staff try the thailiande for chinese food very good also we were on the top floor to the right which overlooked the mosque which seem tohave loads of kids running around until 2am and can be quite noisey .

We chose this hotel because of the location and the heated pool and were not disappointed. It is perfectly located just beside the Jumbo centre for shopping, restaurants and other events. We stayed during the Carnivale time so were treated to all the local flavour and excitement that seems to centred at the Jumbo centre. We were a little surprised how far the walk to the beach was but as we only intended to go for a walk (sea water is too cold for swimming) it was not a big problem for us. :) The room was perfect for our needs and quite clean. Breakfast was good but the real selling features for this place are the location and the heated pool which provided some nice relaxing time. We rented a car for a day on the street by the hotel ... make sure to negotiate the best price as there are a few people renting cars here. We recommend this hotel.

Spent 5 days at this hotel. Very clean rooms and around the pool area. Staff are freindly. A stones throw from the Yumbo for shopping and 10 mins walk to the beach. The only down side is some of the rooms can get rather a bit of road noise.

I stayed here with my partner during the Pride week celebrations, the hotel was extremely busy but i have to say that the staff were incredible, very friendly from the front of house staff to the house keeping staff.

The apartments are spotlessly clean, there is housekeeping 6 days a week and they even sweep your balcony daily!

The pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic and again the pool area is spotlessly clean, The jacuzzi is wonderful, The pool bar is competively priced.

The location is wonderful, a 10 minute walk to the beach, bus stops right outside , to Puerto Mogan, Puerto Rico, Maspalomas, Souix City and The Airport.

The yumbo centre next door caters for everyone, not just the gay guests of the island and there are some superb restaurants on the first floor of the Yumbo.

You wont be disapointed if you choose a stay at The Buenos Aires!!!
