We went in february 2012, and had a comfortable studio facing the nice pool area. Beds were a pleasant surprise, as we have had so hard beds in other hotels in the area. Very nice!
The kitchen part of the room had a frigde, waterkettle, coffemaker, micro as well as toaster and stove. No oven. Nice plain plates and cups, wine glasses as well as other ones. There is a big supermarket not too far away, which may get your wallet to jump for joy when selfcatering. Distance to the beach is walkable too, even if you are not so young or well trained anymore.
There was a modern flatscreen TV. In order to have the remote you had to pay deposit, something you had to ask for youself, there was no info about this, nor about that you could borrow pooltowels for free after just making a small deposit. Cleaning was thoroughly done on a regular basis by smiling staff. The pool area was cleaned every morning and tiles around the pool were not slippery at all. Out of the two pools on two levels, the bigger one was heated.
We had breakfast in the poolbar every morning, and it had everything you could want from a breakfast table, even fresh fruit. All staff were very friendly, making you feel at home in this hotel, to which we would gladly return on our next visit to Tenerife.More
