after booking this resort I got overall worried because of the reviews on hear some good some bad, I must say ignore all the bad ones! this hotel was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, let me just say the staff are so friendly, hard working, always gives you a smile. I went all inclusive and the food was nice it wasn't nothing special but it wasn't bad, they had lots of lovely choices available for everyone, vegetarian, gluten free, the meal for dinner time change depending on the night of the week Tuesday was tex mex. Thursday being bbq ect...all cooked fresh right in front of you by the lovely cooks. the deserts change every night so much to choice from.

the rooms were nice very stylish and brightly coloured and CLEAN, the only problem we had was the view wasn't too great on out balcony but we didn't pay for a pool view so it was only our own fault I defo recommended paying for a pool view as the pool is lush and outside area is also very stylish, clean. the pool was never cold when I stayed hear, the pool was always located in the sun just after 12ish.
just overall a great hotel which is also very close to everything, the Sian bus is round the corner the beach is about a 10 min walk max the restaurants and shopping was also about a 10 min walk which was nice because the hotel was never nosey.

I think the only bad view I had on this hotel when staying hear was there wasn't much entertament on, and when there was it was indoors not in the outside bar restaurant where it should of been but apart from that a lovely stay with lovely people would defo be coming back again.
not a family hotel more for young adults and couples.

Room Tip: pay for pool view

Myself and a friend stayed here for a week at the end of July and can't recommend it enough. The staff are all really friendly and helpful (especially Eli) and answered any questions that we had. We had a bus to book to Loro Parque and Eli on reception did this for us no problem!

The hotel and pool area are both spotless and the maid cleaned our room and changed our towels daily. Our room was very spacious and the beds were so comfy!

We had breakfast included and there is plenty of choice, from a full English, cereal, breads, pancakes and fruits.

The location is perfect, just 10 minute walk to the beach and the strip. There's no noise of an evening like some reviews suggested either.

Overall a lovely hotel in a great location, we will definitely be returning!

Arrived later at night to the hotel and upon checking in and being placed on the ground floor in room PO5 we were unsure about location and requested a change to which Katie at reception said she would try and accommodate for us the next day, super friendly and helpful girl! After a good nights sleep we realised how fab our room actually was - and were still offered a change the next day, as promised.

Thankfully we didn't move! Room P05 was perfect, our door opened on to a terrace straight at the poolside and for 3 young girls looking for lots of sun this was great. Room was so spacious, amazing cupboard space, spotless (also maids done a great job every single day), was well equipped from towels to a fridge and hairdryer. The beds were by far the comfiest we have ever slept in abroad - amazing!

The pool area was lovely, super chilled with lots of different age ranges - everyone around the pool chatty and friendly! The only thing was no music but we were able to use our own speaker by the pool - not sure if all guests were pleased but hey :)

Alice at the pool bar was amazing, she was the friendliest girl I have ever met and so accommodating - any cocktail we requested she made, even our favourite passionfruit daquiri... all yummy and reasonable (as we were only B&B) however would return on the all inclusive basis on the basis of the drinks alone. Breakfast was yummy too, loads of choice.

The hotel was not noisy at all please do not listen to any reviews that say otherwise, we were 3 21 year old girls and couldn't have asked for a more chilled atmosphere. No noise past 11pm, total bliss!

Location is 10/10 - literally 2 minutes from the Safari Centre which hosts the BEST food I have ever eaten abroad, especially Bianco! Do try if you go.

The best part of the hotel was the resident cat, she was sooooooo cute and friendly!

We will 100% be returning to the coral suites, fab hotel at a great price - couldn't have asked for anything more except maybe some poolside music unless the guests want to listen to our speaker :)

Thank you! x

Room Tip: Pay for a pool view - it is so worth it! (And quiet) and if possible ask for P05... best room in the hotel!

My husband and I visited for a week to coral suites for our babymoon. Room spacious , pool area nice , reception area very modern.

However the cockroaches ruined our stay completely. Walking around our room with shoes on , constantly looking to see if you were going to stand on one,Not the nicest feeling! We were in room 316 and the roaches had a nest behind the fridge.

The "entertainment" was either a very loud DJ or a very loud "club singer " which can be heard very clearly from a pool view room.
The pool Area was always lovely and clean and we were given pool towels to use throughout our stay. The sun however doesn't give every bed sun all day but you soon get used to which ones do !
Staff most of the time were friendly, no-one however greats you when you walk past the reception, only if you said Hi first.
Food was very basic we only had breakfast included. But everyday was the same.

We had a fabulous time staying at this hotel, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent if you want to be away from the night life scene as it's in a quieter part of Playa de Las Americas.

They have a great separate gluten free area in the restaurant at breakfast, everything is clearly labelled and whilst they have a really good selection of gluten free food they'll also make you fresh gluten free pizza or pasta on request.

The supermarket directly opposite the hotel has a good gluten free section as well. And generally all restaurants have a load of gluten free options and everything is labelled.

I highly recommend this hotel and Tenerife for a stress free gluten free holiday!
