After reading the reviews I was a bit curious about what to expect. I am mostly positively surprised.
At check-in I was given a welcome letter with information, including the sunbed reservation not allowed. In addition there was a separate letter adressing this issue and saying action would be taken in the mornings. I saw reservation happening one time, but it was not a big problem.
The pool was smaller than it appears on the photos, and that was probably my biggest disappointment. I didn't have any meals, and bought breakfast to make in the kitchen. Nice, clean room, maids doing an excellent job.
Concerning noise... in a place like this there will always be some maintenance and repairs going on, but my impression was they tried to be as considerate as possible. Also, if you like going to bed early (like me) bring earplugs, as there is music every night until 11pm.
Staff was mostly nice and serviceminded.
I was very disappointed in the spa though. It appears you have to book on arrival to have a chance to get a treatment. Half way through my week here there were no spots available until my returning home.
The hotel is also a lot closer to a large selection of restaurants and shops than I expected. A 10 minute walk to the beach and main area of shops and restaurants.
I will come back here!More
