I can only comment about the studio apartment we had as we did not stop in the main hotel. Ours was a bit tired around the edges and as you will see from the photo, this is how close we were to the hotel next door. The young residents in this hotel loved playing their music and talking/shouting loudly on their balconies from midday until around 2am each morning. We asked to be moved on the first night but the receptionist told us that they were fully booked and despite seeing people leaving other apartments throughout our fortnight, we were never offered another room. She did say she would ask security to take a look at where the noise was coming from but it never stopped. We had cockroaches and ants (tiny black things we think were ants) in the apartment but stopped the cockroaches coming in by covering the bottom of the door with towels and covering all sink and shower holes when we went out but we couldn’t stop the ants. The cockroaches were still running around in the aisles outside at night but didn’t get in to our apartment again. We were both bit in the apartment by something but not sure if it was the ants. The kitchen area is well equipped with all the basics. Even a T-towel and washing up liquid are provided. Because of the noise from the hotel next door, we had to close everything up at night including the vents in the kitchen and bathroom area but the ceiling fan did keep us cool throughout the night. The hotel refuses to give you two keys and insists that you leave your key at reception for the other person if you need to go out. This was very difficult because I could not lock the door if I went to the supermarket and left my husband in bed because he would not have been able to get out in an emergency or get to the key I was supposed to leave at reception... However, we discovered one morning that the mortice lock, locks behind you when you close the door and if the key is in the door, you can’t get back in! We had to wait for a member of staff to remove the glass from the vents in the kitchen area to remove the key-very strange locking system so be aware and check yours before you leave. Our friends’ door did not lock the same way as ours. The bath towels are too small, even for a size zero, so either take your own or buy one as it’s cheaper than the €1 a day charge. The WiFi is expensive at €5 a day for each device. One of the security guards would let you walk by the pool to get to your room in the dark but another would send us through a maze, which was not easy to do in the dark and dangerous. The pool is lovely and cooling and there are plenty of sun loungers. The pool/snack bar is reasonably priced. We were under the impression that it was an adult only hotel but some young children (they looked about 12) appeared in the hotel pool in the evenings but they may have been the children of staff. On our last day, the hotel kept our cases for us in a dedicated room but we were just handed the key and told to hand it back when finished so security was lacking as anyone could have taken belongings and no staff member was supervising us. It was here that we discovered a pay as you go washing machine that we didn’t know about. There is a shower to use if you need to freshen up before you leave but not sure if there is a charge. The noisy room would stop us staying again. There is a bar next door to the hotel called, Top Bar and the staff and food are amazing and if they had been on Trip Advisor, they would get a fantastic review and 5 stars.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and on the whole it was great.

You pay extra for a safe which is fair enough and extra for WiFi which I think is a bit cheeky.

Staff are pleasant and always greet you upon entering or leaving the hotel. We were on the 4th floor and the room was always very clean. They don’t clean rooms on a Sunday or a Wednesday but they do still empty bins. We had a couple of creepy crawlers in the bathroom that looked like caterpillars so watch out for those and only had one cockroach in the room during our stay.

Despite saying sun lounges cannot be reserved with beds they are and this was a pain as it was a struggle to get a lounger most days.

The breakfast for 8 Euro isn’t worth it we went down at 830 as we had a tripped booked and only had toast. We were still charged the full price because apparently you have to ask for cooked bacon or Aisha despite this not being made clear and the woman behind the bar still actually cooking the food.

In terms of location this hotel is excellent it’s just a 10 minute walk to the beach, bars and a large selection of restaurants.

Adults only is a huge plus too.

First holiday abroad with my boyfriend & this hotel was the cheapest but also best rated on Jet2. We arrived at the hotel to two members of staff who greeted us & made us feel very welcomed. We stayed for a week & had absolutely no problems. The pool area was busy but peaceful & every room is spotless. Our room was clean, spacious, modern & colourful - we loved it! Always clean! We stayed self catering so cannot comment on food. The Hotel is about 5 minutes walk to a rock pool & to the actual beach about 10/15 minute walk. There’s loads of shops, resteraunts, pharmacies, & activity excursions around which is handy. We also felt safe & sleeping was not a problem. There are hotels that have music on but they usually turn it down around 11:30PM - 12:00AM but if you have the TV on you cannot hear it. Honestly best experience with this Hotel for our first Holiday. Would really recommend

Me and boyfriend stayed here for a week last year and we loved it. The rooms are spotless, a great size and have everything you need for self catering. We had a room on the 4th floor that was facing the pool which was lovely.

We went in September so the pool was little quieter than I guess it is in the peak season, so we never struggled for sunbeds. The bar round the pool is also reasonably priced, we had cocktails which were only 4 euros each and we had burgers one day which were also yummy.

The hotel is in a great location and is only about a 10 minute walk from the main strip in Playa. There is also an excursion stall right outside the hotel which was super handy when it came to buying tickets for Siam Park and we also booked a jet skiing excursion.

Cant wait to return in a few weeks!
