Ms. Kim is an incredible lady! She's retired from being the food manager at Fort Hood. She's taken many courses and training on food preparation. She's been all over the world in her military career. Now that she's retired, this is her "fun job" and she runs it all on her own as a one-woman shop.
She knows that you're new the second you step in the building and she'll have samples for you to try within a few minutes. We were offered the chicken jambalaya, brisket, and BBQ chicken. Later (after we were already eating our meal) she offered some of the bulgogi California roll and a few chicken wings as well which are a treat on Saturdays (you need to order them ahead). They are incredible - not too spicy with a sweet teriyaki-type seasoning and lots of crunch as well. We had the two-meat plate (brisket, chicken), bulgogi and rice with cucumber salad, potato salad, and the philly cheese stead sandwich that was made with bulgogi. EVERYONE left more than satisfied and all for a great price. Ms. Kim was a very interesting person to talk with!
