For several years we have chosen the Tommy Bahama restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The food is great and the atmosphere fantastic (we ask to sit on the outside patio adjacent to the Market Street park). There is always good energy in the area.

Thank Jayre

Tommy Bahamas always has good food and good drinks and a very relaxed atmosphere. Love the pork sandwich - an old favorite. The staff is amazing!

A couple of co-workers and I had dinner at Tommy Bahamas on a Tuesday night. We had a couple of drinks at the crowded bar but had fantastic service by our waitress. We then went to the hostess to get a table. We didn't want to wait 30 minutes for a table so we grabbed a small table in the bar area. My fish tacos were fantastic while my co-workers gave the fish n chips and pork chop two thumbs up. The wine list is pretty limited and one of them (3 rings?) was not very good at all.

What was really surprising was the atmosphere. For a Tuesday night, there were at least a half dozen different people who were completely hammered. Wouldn't be that surprised for a Friday or Saturday but a Tuesday? These were well dressed professionals letting lose. Just kinda strange. Despite that, I'd definitely go back.

This place has great food, great atmosphere, and great service. I even went on Easter Sunday once and was not disappointed. Everything from steaks to seafood to lighter fare is served. I highly recommend their seafood dishes. They're all good. You can dress casual or dress up. Either is fine for this place.
