After submitting a written complaint for a problematic receipt that did not match my charge, I called many times for a solution and no one helped me or responded to my calls. Also why is there a 200 character minimum for a review?

Great long weekend with family to celebrate family birthdays! We will definitely be back!! It was clean, fun, great food, great service. Everything & more. The adults & kids had a great time exploring the property!

Resort was very nice. Had some issues with our initial room we booked being messed up from winter storm, but staff was able to find us a slight step down room. Room was a bit dirty, but we were compensated for that as well!

Room cleanliness was terrible. Watched the hotel handle a situation terrible at the pool. They kicked out/banned two familys from a resort. I believe the staff could’ve handle the situation differently. We will not likely be returning to the woodlands resort
