Very good food at a reasonable price. A little tricky to find without a GPS, but worth the trip.

Had lunch here on a Saturday. It is one of those places where you walk up to order, they give you a number, and you pick up your tray when your number is called. They serve wine and beer. No real waiter service.

I had a beef taco and cheese enchilada. Wife had a chicken enchilada. Food was average to slightly better than average - although I liked the flavor of the refried beans more than at most places. The fresh salsa bar was very good with 3-4 varieties of salsa, pico de gallo, jalapinos, onions, cilantro, etc.

Also, as their name says, they provide very freshly made tortillas which were excellent.

We'll go back because it is better than Taco Bell-type places - when we don't want to take the time for a sit down Mexican meal

This place has good food. You stand in line and order and pay. They have a topping/salsa type bar. The food was fresh. The restaurant was clean and large and decorated in bright southwestern decor. I would definitely stop here again.

Rosa's is a good place for moderate priced Mexican food. The $3.33 taco plate on Tuesdays brings in a crowd every week especially starving Baylor students. Good for the money.
