After a horrific day and loosing our debit card, this place helped our family and it was amazing. It was clean and quiet, I thought the breakfast was perfect, they had real butter too. The staff were polite, and it was clean inside and out. When we are back in this area, I will stay nowhere else!!!!! Thank you for everything!
I wouldn't stay here again even if I was paid. This hotel epitomes what you'd expect from a hotel that an owner doesn't care about and right before it becomes abandoned or closed down. Honestly, the guest service at check in and check out seemed like I was bothering them and they didn't even want to be there, which is ok, because I didn't want to be there either at that point. Nothing in this place instilled safety, security, comfort, relaxation, restful, etc. The rooms stink, the beds are lumpy, pillows are lumpy, rooms, carpet, and bathroom look like somebody couldn't be bothered to clean them. The bullet proof glass in the lobby and drug addicts in the parking lot instilled this was a great atmosphere to relax.
Stopped dugout 3 day drive. Customer service was great. Bed comfort was okay. No elevator. Not very good water pressure. Noise level was great, we could not hear other guests. Good value- you get what you pay for….descent. I would stay there again.
I like the location of this hotel. My room was clean. I felt the level of respect was below average. My privacy was not respected. I felt worried about reporting complaints for fear of retaliation or my credit card being charged.
I love coming to this hotel as it's close to all the medical facilities I attend. The hotel staff are awesome, and welcoming, as usual! Rooms are very comfortable and clean. It is close to a lot of places to visit. Less than 10 minutes to a lot of dinning or fast-food! Carls jnr, Subway, Taco bell, KFC, McDonald's and Wingers are right there by the hotel. Lagoon is close by and that's brilliant for the summer. Movie theaters. Etc.
Hill Airforce base is in eyes view. Aquatic center is near as well!
