I have friends who say this is their favorite restaurant in the area, so when they offered to treat me to lunch, I took them up on it. It was pretty standard Americanized Mexican food, nothing spectacular and some of it wasn't very good. The rice and beans were bland, the salsa tasted like ketchup. I ordered a plate with a chili rellano and enchilada. Both were soggy from the sauce poured over the entire plate. The rellano was the most disappointing as it still had the stem and seeds inside, meaning I had to eat around them. It wasn't the worst meal I've ever had, but I won't be back.
