Hotel building is shared with TRU. Home2Suites are on the Lincoln Ave. side and TRU is on the 24th Street side. Even numbered rooms are on the street sides. Odd numbered rooms are on the parking lot side. That should be a consideration if you're a light sleeper. Also, even though 25th Street is a block away, even numbered rooms on the Lincoln Ave. side will hear late night party goers on Friday and Saturday nights.

The complimentary breakfast is at 6:00 a.m. Mon. through Fri. Sat. & Sun. breakfast doesn't begin until 7:00 a.m. That is a major drawback for guests who must be up early to go to work or onward travel.

Suites are a nice, roomy size. Shower wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles are mounted on shower wall. Our suite had only one small face bar of soap. Luckily, we brought our own bar soap for hand washing.

The parking lot had plenty of free parking but you can only see your vehicle m from your room if you are in an odd numbered suite.

Slackwater Restaurant is directly across Lincoln Ave. They specialize in artisan pizza.

Very comfortable bed. Soft sheets. Kids loved the pool table even though it was missing a ball. And a water bottle filler by the fitness center. I also saw board games there. Little extras were noticed. Fitness center was by no means bare bones. Hot tub was out of order :( and pool was a good temp for the kids but too chilly for us. Bathroom, while smallish, was well equipped with everything we needed. Decor was beautiful. I also liked the curtain separating the kid that slept on the sofa bad from the other beds. Everyone could see the TV from their bed. There was also ample countertop and dresser/closet space. We all found the free breakfast to be average at best. If back in the area, we'd love to come here again! We did find the GPS directions to feel like it was sending us down what felt like a back alley but it was sure enough was right.

Very convenient location with walking distance to the famous 25th Street which has nice restaurants and shops. We were in Utah for the Ogden Utah Marathon and the hotel is near the finish line. The friendly staff are very kind and welcoming.
