We were driving late, called and they quoted one price on the phone. Paid for the room over the phone and wanted to rest. They never said they were going to charge us an extra $22.00 on our credit card. They were not very friendly. The room wasn't very clean, dust in places that was out of sight. The hall smelled like cigarettes. Handle to the bathroom door was loose. Luggage rack had broken straps. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I wish I had read the reviews.
Room was clean, but “several rooms” (including ours) did not have tv reception (DirecTV). Lobby and other rooms had tv. Manager very curt. Offered refund or 10% discount at checkout. Very tired so accepted 10%. Manager not at desk next morning, but was told to leave my email address. Told them I truly didn’t believe I’d get refund, and as yet I have not. I do not like to be lied to and cannot recommend this hotel.
Ok for one night passing through. It’s very dated and smells a bit stale but the room seemed clean; sheets crisp and bed comfortable. No carpet which is a bonus as carpet in hotels is so gross.
The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well however; toilet was visibly dirty on the outside of it which was quite gross.
Breakfast was minimal but sufficient for us. Two cereal choices, bread for toast, waffle maker, fruit and Sunny D orange juice and coffee. Yogurt would have been a plus.
Wasn’t great for the price but anything in the area with a higher rating was really expensive.
Such a wonderful, clean place to stay. We arrived to a room that was pristine & cooled down - check-in/out were seamless & simple..no frustration or confusion. Breakfast offered up some variety..fresh coffee & clean area to gather your meal and sit down to eat.
Customer service was terrible front desk staff hateful and rude. housekeepers very nice and friendly. Outside dirty broken stairs hallways smell like animal urine dirtiness and cigarette. for 100.00 for one night just do not recommend. Appearance was not so much a problem as the rude staff
