Where do we begin? It is 70s build and noisy AS ALL GET OUT! Nothing ever becomes of a noise complaint. You could burn the place down and no one would notice, and probably should. I have had a band aid on my stove more than once. All the appliances are old. Plumbing is LOUD. If you have an ice cream eating baby machine over the top of your apartment, you will really enjoy the pounding on your ceiling. The stairwell and hand rail sing out like a bad rap concert. NOISY. I hear about background checks, but one drug addict tore his apartment up next to mine, at least the new drug addict living here is quiet. Love the sound of cigarette hack all through the complex. They had a security company I called. Last time it the rent a cop was in Provo, second time the phone was disconnected. Nothing changes. Nothing improves. Nobody cares. Just pay your rent.
