I was told to stay in the Bryce Canyon area which were booked due to a half marathon. I had low expectations which were all surpassed. The room was very spacious for my family of 6 for a very reasonable price. Everything was clean and there were no technical difficulties. The best part of our stay is that the Owner was very friendly, relational and had great suggestions for activities and dining.

Room Tip: Call the hotel directly, the travel websites had higher prices and not so accurate availabilities.

Owner and wife were very hospitable and very social! Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. This hotel had a large kitchen area for guests to use. Our group will make this a yearly motorcycle trip. Owners were accommodating and knew a lot about the area. Located in middle of downtown.

Not incredible but not terrible either. You get what you pay for and the value of this hotel is there. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. That's all you can ask for when shopping for a value and traveling on a budget with a family.

Owner is sociable, kind, and pleasant with a great sense of humor. Room was large and very comfortable. There's a full kitchen with a refrigerator for guests to use and the foyer has a comfortable lounge to relax in. Parking is covered from the elements. Building is in the center of town, historic and interesting to look around. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

The bathroom was not at all clean. Ring of mold or dirt in toilet. The tub was PAINTED white and dirty. The dresser had six "drawers", but only the top two were drawers and the other four were just drawer fronts that were screwed shut--no drawer. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived. A worker had to call the owner/manager, who came from another hotel owned by her, to check us in. There was no security. No one was present in the hotel lobby all night with the doors unlocked. The lobby area was more than untidy. It was a mess with old brochures and maps Scotch taped to a window. Floors dirty. There was much more wrong, but I think someone else said it best, "uninhabitable."
