“Probably a great spring or winter rental”
Reviewed August 10, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

I stayed in this unit for five nights in July and had mixed feelings about it.

The pros: The location is superb. Walking distance to Old Town, Park City skiing, Fresh Market (very nice grocery store), 7-Eleven (directly across the street), Starbucks, a beautiful park, and several nice restaurants (including Twisted Fern, Windy Ridge Cafe and El Chubasco - loved them all). If you don't want to walk, the bus stop is right outside your door, takes you anywhere for free. The unit was clean, spacious and well furnished. I had a plumbing problem, called the management company, and there was a plumber there within 24 hours to fix the problem.

The con: There is no AC upstairs, where both of the bedrooms are located, and even with the ceiling fans on, it was hot. So hot I could hardly sleep. A single woman (on this trip), traveling alone, I wasn't comfortable sleeping with the French doors open, which would probably have done the trick. This, of course, wouldn't be a problem in much cooler weather, but for me, it would be a deal-breaker in the summer.

Would you recommend this hotel to a friend?   Yes.

Management Response
14 Aug 2017
We're so glad you stayed with us, Karen. Our advertising accurately explains there's a window air-conditioner on the main level and nothing else. We're very clear about that so guests aren't surprised. This home is in an amazing location and perfect any time of year! The ceiling fans are helpful in the summer and we haven't had any other complaints.
