I stayed in this unit for five nights in July and had mixed feelings about it.
The pros: The location is superb. Walking distance to Old Town, Park City skiing, Fresh Market (very nice grocery store), 7-Eleven (directly across the street), Starbucks, a beautiful park, and several nice restaurants (including Twisted Fern, Windy Ridge Cafe and El Chubasco - loved them all). If you don't want to walk, the bus stop is right outside your door, takes you anywhere for free. The unit was clean, spacious and well furnished. I had a plumbing problem, called the management company, and there was a plumber there within 24 hours to fix the problem.
The con: There is no AC upstairs, where both of the bedrooms are located, and even with the ceiling fans on, it was hot. So hot I could hardly sleep. A single woman (on this trip), traveling alone, I wasn't comfortable sleeping with the French doors open, which would probably have done the trick. This, of course, wouldn't be a problem in much cooler weather, but for me, it would be a deal-breaker in the summer.
