“Dont Stay Here”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 January 2012

We booked this hotel on a Sunday at 9pm becuase we thought we had a trip we were going to have to make for business/pleasure. Less than 15 hours later our meetings were delayed and we tried to cancel the reservation, which was 60 hours prior to arrival -- we were told we could not and that our entire 5 nights of $1300 was NON refundable because of the Sundance Film Festival. We did not know there was a film festival going on, and there is nothing in the policy that stated this. We reviewed all documents and there is nothing that says that this is non refundable. We had to argue with them on the phone, and they did refund through a series of phone calls and arguments. This does not match industry standards and I HIGHLY recommend to NOT book this hotel or any Holiday In Express Hotels.

We booked for two nights. The beds are due for a change. The breakfast was sub par. The internet worked only once in a while and was slow when it did work. Go stay at a better place for a little more money. You will be off the interstate and closer to the skiing.

My 18 yr old son and I booked the hotel through Expedia. The rate was great...about $110/night.I called the hotel before we left and found that Expedia had booked us a room with a single king bed.The hotel had no rooms with 2 queens as we thought we had.Expedia was no help. After waiting for 20 minutes on hold, someone from India that I could hardly understand said "stay on the line and I'll fix it" Five more minutes and I got a dial tone.I then called the manager and explained my situation. He said he would try to help us.He did...when we arrived we were given a room with 2 queen beds. Our room was clean ,the beds were comfortable. Included was a huge breakfast buffet. Bacon or sausage.eggs hot cinnamon rolls, bagels, yogurt, etc.Nice pool and hot tub.Good location for trips to Alta or Deer Valley.Nice ,friendly staff. This a well run place.

Great location and a great value. Easy access to downtown Park City, skiing, shops, and Salt Lake City, The hotel is clean, well-kept, and has comfortable beds. Good complimentary breakfast. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

SUper budget hotel in a good location (Kimball Junction) 5 minutes for Park City / Canyons or 10 minutes from Deer Valley. For $150 per night in this location it would be hard to beat.
Good complimentary breakfast - they even give you doggie bags to make a a lunch if you wish. Located close to good restaurants and shops and only 30 minutes drive to Salt Lake City and SLC airport. For a budget stay in an expensive area this is the place to be. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hello, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Park City Nov 15th. Had many things happening of a personnel nature, which was ruining my trip. The desk clerks there, particularly Lisbeth, and Enric, the Hotels manager, went above and beyond in making my stay enjoyable. Will definitely stay there on any trip I make through Park City

Room Tip: All the rooms are of a superior quality

I stayed at this hotel for one night on a recent road trip. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the hot tub and sauna were out of order. The layout of the king bed/non smoking room was a little strange, with the sink being situated across the entry hall from the toilet & shower. However, it was very quiet and the blackout shades were much appreciated. It would be nice to have a flat screen TV; the console TV takes up a lot of space and the picture quality is poor.
This hotel is reasonably priced, attractive and easily accessed from I-80. I would stay there again.
