If you like lousy food and slow service this place is for you. Maybe not the worst in Kimball Junction- but in the top 3. I have been coming to Park City for over 20 years (I own a condo here, but do not live there full time). Kimball Junction has grown tremendously in the past five to ten years, has a lot of nice stores and some good restaurants. This was not one of them.
It was a last Saturday evening, not late (although somewhat by Utah standards; it was 8 or after). Other restaurants were crowded, and I had seen Molly Blooms the last time I was here. We gave it a try. The menu said "best fish and chips in Park City". It could be true- if no other restaurant in Park City serves fish and chips. The emptiness in the restaurant should have given it away. The wait staff was nice, just slow. They would vanish for long periods with no staff in the restaurant (except for the bartender- who had to do double duty ringing up bills etc. since the staff had vanished. The fish and chips was one of the worst I have ever had. The batter was soggy on the fish, the fries were soggy and greasy, the only good thing is I didn't get sick from the fish, which actually tasted ok without the batter. The Guiness was good though.
There is so much more I could say. This place needs a complete makeover (if that show is till on, someone should call them).
