“The Best Vietnamese Food”
Reviewed 24 February 2012

My husband & I have been eating here since they opened 3 years ago. This is hands down one of my favorite spots to eat. The food is always delicious, made with quality ingredients & priced right. Their restaurant makes a great addition to the dining scene in Saint George.

“We love this place”
Reviewed 17 February 2012

This is fast becoming our favorite place to eat in St. George (not that there's much competition). The owner is obviously a foodie and cares about your experience, and as neither my husband or I are very experienced with Vietnamese food, we appreciate his recommendations. The spring rolls are SO GOOD, as are the thai-style crepes and the chicken and egg roll/noodle dish. I've never had anything like it, and it is really yummy. The prices are great for Springdale/St. George, and it is a little hidden gem of a restaurant.

“Hard to review food - service couldn't deliver”
Reviewed 30 January 2012

Waited 20 minutes for the order to be taken - watching the waiter do one thing at a time. He could have taken orders from the tables that were waiting to order, but they were clearing tables instead. You know there's a problem when each trip from the floor to the kitchen is one thing only (someone wants a water, so they run from the table to get the water, and bring it back - not doing anything else on the way in and out - just that one thing.) This serial approach made things unnecessarily slow. So, 20 minutes after sitting down they did take our order, but they warned us we might have to wait a while for the food, so we bailed, since we had to be somewhere in the next hour. Appreciated the warning, but missed opportunity. Been to busier and larger Vietnamese places in Seattle that would have had no trouble with the number of tables here. You could see the other tables were frustrated, too. They just didn't have the basic waiting skills that make things efficient. Wish I could have gotten to the food! Maybe next time.

“Good Wholesome Vietnamese Cuisine”
Reviewed 22 January 2012

Ah'sya has execellent good tasting food. Chef seems committed to preserving the authenticity of the cuisine so don't ask for too many changes. Is located in a storefront and has a pleasant atmosphere with pleasing background music. Prices are very reasonable. A great value.

“Wonderful People and Food!”
Reviewed 7 January 2012

The vietnamese couple that own and run the restaurant are so friendly and helpful! We love their spring rolls and soups. When we explained we eat vegetarian, the owner made fresh veggie spring rolls along with tofu soups that were fresh, flavorful, and a great price. We are in the area for a couple of months and make it a point to stop by every week. This restaurant is a refreshing, fresh, low fat option to other restaurants in the area. Go by and support your local mom and pop shop!
