This beautiful restaurant has lovely atmosphere. We sat at a table over looking the pond. We loved the French onion soup and I had a wonderful appetizer that was like apple pie (sort of)! So good! The bread was warm, and we loved our salmon, filet mignon and lobster tail (which was especially good!). We were celebrating a birthday and they brought out a chocolate moose with a giant sparkler in it. Very fun. I have to add they make really good hot chocolate!

We have been to La Caille on several occasions over the years and have always enjoyed it. Although the prices were often beyond New York City fine dining costs, the food quality was usually excellent. Our daughter and son-in-law had been to Easter brunch two years ago and were excited to treat us this year. The setting was lovely, but the food was only fair. Many of the dishes suffered from sitting in chafing dishes for too long and they were not replenished in a timely fashion on the main level. (We went upstairs several times to find items that were not refilled or had dried out on the downstairs buffet.) We felt terrible when our son-in-law was handed the bill for what should have been a much better meal. Although our daughter and son-in-law live less than a mile from La Caille, I'm sure it won't be their choice for Easter brunch (or any other meal) in the future.

It was my first time here (from out of town). We had a business meeting here and the views are simply breathtaking. Every bite of food was delicious. Highly recommend the fois gras. It had flambéed goat cheese and their local wine/grape jelly. Appetizers, soups (loved the French onion), entrees and of course, dessert, all exceeded our expectation. The wait staff was attentive and really worked hard to make us feel like special guests. I want to come back for a fun weekend trip with my husband next time. Don't miss out on this little gem!

We went there with my husband for a dinner. Everything was very good, the area is amazing, and our champagne in the "bar lounge" was a dream!!!!!!!!

We've gone to dinner here many times over the past few years. The menu was so confusing and "the same" all the time.
Well they got a new menu and it's really good. The food even tasted better than before as well. Fresher, Cleaner and more flavorful.
We will be back again.
